Luvanex provides a portal for current residents (tenants) of our in-house managed rental properties.

Through this portal, residents can pay rent online, file maintenance requests, view lease information and update rental insurance coverage policy documents. Please note, due to longer processing times, online rent payments will only be accepted if paid within the first 2 days of each new month. To Log Into the Portal, the company administrator would have set up your account and you would have received a temporary password.
