Luvanex Valet Trash Services is the division of Luvanex Group that was created to provide extremely affordable waste removal services to a few unique apartment and condominium communities within metro-Atlanta.
Our Valet Waste Removal Operation aims at providing 3 factors for the average resident - ease, affordability and flexibility. The goal is to offer your tenants the flexibility and ease of dropping off their trash by the side of their front doorstep. Your community management pay us nothing, while the tenants avoid the daily hassle of dragging their trash to the community compactor as they normally would without our assistance. Our service is especially beneficial to senior citizens & nursing mothers but can be tremendously beneficial to every resident in the seasons of severe weather (such as winter or heavy rain).
How it Works:
Residents simply place all their trash and junk objects tied up in trash bags by their front door anytime before 9pm. Our valet trash attendants will stop by each unit between 9pm and 12midnight, 5days a week to pick up the items. Any waste less than 10lbs will be removed from each unit but heavy furniture and other heavy materials above 10lbs will not be picked up.

Please note that prospective employees/contractors will be thoroughly screened and a service agreement will be signed with each community we service prior to kick-off operations.
